Get to Know Your Neighbor
Chad and Tracey Hess and their twin boys are recent additions to the SouthWood Community. Though they have lived in Tallahassee for several years, the desire to move to SouthWood kicked in about a year ago. They have several friends and some family that call the neighborhood “home.” After visiting them on holidays, attending SouthWood events and family gatherings, they decided to sell their home locally and make the move. I was able to list their home and help them find their home in SouthWood. The Hess family is looking forward to summers at the pool, golf cart rides around the lake and all the other fantastic amenities SouthWood provides. Please welcome The Hess Family to SouthWood!

Kristin and Brian Allen moved to Tallahassee from Georgetown, KY. They have 3 children, Austin, 10, Sidney, 8, and Matthew, 4. They brought with them their 2 rescue dogs, both chocolate Labrador retrievers, Dixie and Buddy. Kristin is currently working on her PhD in sociology at Florida State University. Brian is a family medicine physician, at the new Capital Regional Medical Care clinic at Bannerman Crossing, where he provides primary care services.
They chose SouthWood because they heard about how great of a place it was to raise kids. They enjoy walking their dogs and riding their bikes on the many trails throughout the neighborhood. Spending a lot of time at the water park, feeling like they are on vacation every time they visit.
